Drawings display in black and white

RedEye attempts to apply the correct plot style in drawings you upload. RedEye defaults to black and white when an unknown plot style is detected. If you are able to supply us with the correct plot style ( .ctb ), we will be able to apply them to any existing drawings in your bucket. In addition any drawings uploaded in future will have the colours and plot style applied correctly.

To have plot styles and fonts uploaded/replaced with the correct plot style files please contact your Bucket Administrator - they have tools to upload these files to the bucket and re-process artefact previews.
